COOKIES POLICY

Last modified: 9 May , 2026

This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how FR DFS , operating as Halara ("Halara," "we," "us," "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you interact with our websites located at thehalara.es, and any other websites, pages, features, or content that we collectively own or operate, the "Sites," or interact with other products or services that direct you to this Policy, the "Services." We encourage you to read the full Cookie Policy to understand how we use cookies and your related choices. Generally, in this policy, we will refer to cookies, web beacons, flash cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies collectively as "cookies."

For an overview of our approach to the privacy of the personal information you provide to us, please see our Privacy Policy .
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we update this Policy, the last modified date referenced above will be updated. You should revisit this page if you wish to stay informed. If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please email us at legal@halara.com .

I. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a data file, often including a unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website or its provider and then stored on your device's hard drive, enabling the website or provider's system to recognize your browser and remember certain information contained in that cookie.
The length of time a cookie remains on your browsing device depends on whether it is a "persistent" or "session" cookie. Session cookies are designed to collect and store data while you are browsing a website; they only remain on your device until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, store data on your device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie provider. They can remain on your browsing device until they expire or are deleted.
First-party cookies are cookies served by the entity that operates the domain through which the cookie is served. If we allow others to serve cookies through Halara's websites and applications, these are known as third-party cookies; that is, they are the responsibility of an entity other than the publisher and are generally sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain not managed by the publisher.

II. Other Similar Tracking Technologies We Use
Cookies are not the only way we recognize or track users of our Services. From time to time, we may use other similar technologies. These technologies may include web beacons (also known as pixel tags, web bugs, or GIFs), Java scripts, entity tags, or HTML5 local storage. A web beacon is a tiny, one-pixel graphic image that can be sent to your computer as part of a web page request, in an application, in an advertisement, or in an HTML email message. Pixels can be used to obtain information from your device, such as device type or operating system, IP address, and time of visit. They are also used to serve and read cookies in your browser. This information is used, in particular, to evaluate and improve the performance of our Site, to enhance your experience on our Site, including providing you with content tailored to your interests. Java scripts are snippets of code embedded in various parts of websites and applications that facilitate a variety of operations, including speeding up the update rate of certain features or monitoring the usage of various online components. Entity tags are HTTP code mechanisms that allow parts of websites to be stored or "cached" in your browser to speed up website performance. HTML5 local storage allows website data to be stored or "cached" in your browser to save and retrieve data on HTML5 pages when the website is revisited.
We and our service providers and third-party partners, including advertising networks, may use cross-device and cross-context tracking. For example, you may use multiple browsers on a single device or use multiple devices (such as desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets), which may result in you having multiple accounts or profiles across these different contexts and devices. Cross-device and cross-context tracking technology may be used to connect these various accounts or profiles and the corresponding data from the different contexts and devices.

III. How We Use Cookies
We use our own and third-party cookies to recognize you as a Halara customer, personalize our content and advertising, measure the effectiveness of promotions, and collect information about your computer or other access device to mitigate risks, help prevent fraud, and promote trust and security.
We may place cookies from third-party service providers who may use information about your visits to other websites to target advertisements for products and services available on Halara. We do not control the types of information collected and stored by these third-party cookies. You should consult the websites of these third parties to learn more about how they use cookies.
Below are some examples of the information we collect and how we can use it:
  • We may collect and store details about how you use our Services. Except in limited cases to ensure the quality of our online services, this information will not be associated with your IP address.
  • We may collect information, such as your language, postal code or inferred area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and time zone, to better understand customer behavior and improve our services.

IV. Types of Cookies We Use
We may use the following types of cookies in the Services:

V. Your Privacy Options
Cookie Preference Manager. You can choose to prevent websites from setting cookies altogether or manage your cookie preferences at any time by adjusting your settings in the Cookie Preference Manager. You may need to refresh the page for your settings to take effect. Please note that if you block or delete technical and/or functional cookies used by the Services, browsing the Services may become impossible, certain services or features may become inaccessible, or other malfunctions may occur. In this case, you may need to manually modify or enter certain information or preferences each time you visit the Services.
Browser Controls . You can configure or modify your web browser settings to accept or reject cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you can still use our Services, although your access to some features and areas may be restricted. To learn how to modify your browser settings correctly, consult the "Help," "Tools," or "Edit" menu in your browser, or review the instructions provided by the following browsers:

Opting Out of Third-Party Analytics . We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our online, web-based, and mobile Services, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics is an analytics service offered by Google LLC ("Google") that tracks and reports on website traffic. For more information about Google's privacy practices, please visit the Google Privacy and Terms webpage: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=es . To opt out of Google Analytics or to prevent your data from being collected and used by Google Analytics, please visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .
Do Not Track Signals. We currently do not monitor or take any action regarding Do Not Track or other mechanisms, which means we collect information about your online activity both while you are using the Services and after you leave our Services.
Opting Out of Most Interest-Based Advertising . Many advertising companies that collect information for interest-based advertising are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), both of which maintain websites where individuals can opt out of receiving interest-based advertising from their members. To opt out of interest-based advertising on websites provided by participating companies of each respective organization, visit the DAA opt-out portal available at: http://optout.aboutads.info/ , or visit the NAI opt-out portal available at: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1 . Residents of the European Union can opt out of online behavioral advertising offered by participating member organizations of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) by visiting https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/ . Please note that to disable advertising cookies, some third parties may need to set an opt-out cookie on your device. Sometimes, your device settings can prevent third parties from setting these cookies, for example, if your device is set to block all third-party cookies by default. This means you may need to change your device settings to accept cookies and completely disable advertising cookies.
Mobile App Advertising . When you use our mobile app, we or our marketing partners may use one or more different identifiers for your mobile device, including the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or the Android Advertising Identifier (AAID), to target and display ads in our app or in other apps. This means that your device identifier may be accessed by third-party advertising networks and used to (a) help manage the number and types of ads you see; (b) track the source of ad-related installations seen in other apps; and (c) identify your interests and behavior to target advertising to you based on those interests and behavior.
Apple requires app developers to request permission before they can track your activity on apps or websites that they don't own, in order to target advertising, measure your actions in response to advertising, or share your information with data brokers. If you previously granted our mobile app permission to track you, you can instruct our app to stop tracking your activity. On iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings, tap our app, and then turn "Allow Tracking" on or off. You can also reset your Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) from your mobile device's settings page, which will prevent the continued use of existing behavioral data linked to your previous IDFA.
If you have an Android device and are using Android 12 or later, you can permanently remove your Android Advertising Identifier (AAID) by opening Settings, going to Privacy > Ads, tapping "Remove advertising ID," and then confirming the action on the next page. This will prevent any apps on your phone from accessing your AAID in the future. Keep in mind that if you do this, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your inferred interests.
You can also access industry-provided opt-out tools, although they are not specifically designed for our mobile apps. For example, to opt out of data collection by participating Digital Advertising Alliance member companies for interest-based advertising in mobile apps, you can download the DAA's mobile app opt-out offer called "App Choices" at https://youradchoices.com/appchoices .

VI. Processing of personal data and data protection rights
You can access our Privacy Policy for more information on how your personal data is processed and your rights in this regard.

VII. Changes to this Policy
We may modify or update this Policy from time to time. Such modifications may be necessary to keep the Policy current, given changes in our business practices or in response to legislative changes, whether international or national. Please see the "Last Updated" legend at the top of this page to see when this Policy was last revised.
If we modify this Policy, we will notify you of the changes by posting them on our Site. When changes to this Policy have a fundamental impact on the nature of the processing or otherwise substantially affect you, we will provide you with sufficient advance notice, including by adding a prominent notice on our Site, as required by applicable law, to give you the opportunity to exercise your rights.
