Coupon Policy

The following Coupon Terms and Conditions (“Coupon Policy” or “Coupon Terms”) describe the conditions applicable to Halara Coupons (“Coupons”). The Coupon Terms are an agreement between you and the Issuer. The “Issuer” is FR DFS (“Halara”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accepting or using a Halara Coupon, you agree to comply with the Coupon's terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the Coupon's terms, you should not accept or use it. Acceptance and use of Coupons are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any customer's eligibility for the applicable offer(s).
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION PROVISIONS : You are agreeing that any dispute that may arise is subject to binding individual arbitration, as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, which means you waive your right to participate in any class action. Please read carefully and do not accept or use the Coupons if you are not willing to arbitrate any dispute you may have with us.
The Coupon Policy outlines the criteria for issuing, using, and redeeming Coupons. Terms used herein have the meanings stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
Subject to applicable laws, this Coupon Policy may be modified periodically.
- Expiration Date and Usage Restrictions
Coupons can only be redeemed for the purchase of products on thehalara.es (the “Site”) and the Halara mobile application (the “App”). Coupons issued on the Site or the App can only be used on the Site or the App.
Each coupon has an expiration date. Please note your coupon's expiration date and use it before then. Once a coupon has expired, it cannot be redeemed or used in any way. If it is not redeemed before its expiration, it will be marked as "invalid" and discarded.
- How to get a Halara coupon?
You may be able to get coupons in the following ways:
- By registering for a Halara User Account, you can receive a Coupon after your registration.
- Coupons may be offered through the homepage and ordering page on the Website and App. These coupons will not be linked to your Halara User Account.
- By downloading the App by scanning the QR code, you can receive a Coupon.
- You may receive a coupon through an influencer we work with. These coupons will not be linked to your Halara user account.
- You can receive a coupon through a newsletter subscription, social media, or other channels. These coupons will not be linked to your Halara user account.
- Depending on our campaigns or promotions, you may receive coupons via pop-up windows on the main page of the Site and the App.
- By making a full payment for a purchase on the Site or App, you can obtain Coupons, depending on our campaigns or promotions.
- What types of coupons does Halara offer?
We offer the following types of coupons:
- Fixed value coupon
- Discount coupon applicable to the total of a purchase
- Discount coupon applicable only to non-sale products
- Free shipping coupon applicable to the lowest cost shipping option
- Free shipping coupon applicable to the highest cost shipping option
- Other types of coupons
These coupons may be offered to you only at our discretion.
- Check Your Coupons
You can review your available or invalid Coupons (excluding (i) Coupons that have expired and been deleted and (ii) Coupons that are not linked to your Halara User Account) by logging into your User Account and clicking on "Me" >> "Coupons".
Available coupons can be used on the Website and App to purchase products, subject to additional terms and conditions. Coupons may vary from site to site.
- Exchange and Limitations
i) You can redeem a valid Coupon when placing an order to purchase products on the Site or the App (subject to the applicable conditions stated on the Coupon and the usage restrictions specified above).
ii) A Coupon can only be used once.
iii) Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
iv) Only one Coupon can be redeemed in connection with a particular order, and Coupons cannot be "accumulated" or combined with other Coupons in connection with the same order.
(v) When you cancel, return or refund a purchase, the Coupon will be returned to your Halara User Account, unless: (i) the Coupon has expired, or (ii) the Coupon is not linked to your Account; or (iii) you have made a cancellation, return or partial refund of your order (in which case, the Coupon will be considered to have been used, and will not be returned to you).
As stated above, Coupons may be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions which may be presented to you prior to issuance.
